摘要: 肿瘤的发生发展不仅取决于肿瘤本身,而且离不开肿瘤细胞赖以生存的土壤,即肿瘤微环境。研究证实肿瘤微环境的血管和乏氧变化维持其干细胞的干性,并进一步加强肿瘤的浸润和侵袭能力。从微环境的血管生成和乏氧两方面研究肿瘤发生发展的分子机制可为临床靶向治疗提供新思路。

关键词: 肿瘤干细胞, 新生血管化, 病理性, 细胞低氧, 肿瘤微环境

Abstract: The occurrence and development of tumor depends not only on the tumor itself, but also depends on the soil survival of tumor cells, that is the tumor microenvironment. Studies confirm that the changes of blood vessels and hypoxic of tumor microenvironment maintain the stemness of cancer stem cell, and further strengthen the ability of tumor invasion and metastasis. Studying the molecular mechanism of tumor development from angiogenesis and lack of oxygen can provide new ideas for the clinical targeted therapy.
