Abstract: The incidence rate of young women with breast cancer is increasing. Because of distinct biological characteristics of breast cancer in young patients, it is reasonable to identify who is the best one for breastconserving surgery. Patients with systemic chemotherapy should be fully considered about fertility requirements. In addition, endocrine therapy combined with ovarian function inhibition can improve the effect, meanwhile, there should increase the proportion of patients with targeted therapy.
