Clinical research progress between MMP-9 and the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer

Abstract: The molecular weight of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)9 is the largest in MMP family which comes mainly from macrophage and neutrophil. MMP9 is considered to be involved in the occurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer. It also provides a new way for colorectal cancer in clinical prevention and treatment.
