ZHX2 and cancer

Abstract: Transcription repressor ZHX2 is one of the members in ZHX protein family, which exists widely in human tissue and participates in the occurrence and development of various diseases. Researches show that ZHX2 is closely related to the occurrence and development of cancers, such as liver cancer, multiple myeloma, gastric cancer and colorectal cancer, which has the potential value of tumor treatment.
