Abstract: Microenvironment and therapeutic targets of metastatic bone cancerYang Jielai, Yang Qingcheng.Corresponding author:【Abstract】Currently, the treatment of bone metastases is quite limited,and the effect is not significant.It is a tempting but difficult task to find valid therapy.The recent research on bone microenvironment, including the osteoblasts, osteoclasts and tumor cells et al,may provide new targets and methods for the treatment of bone metastases.
