Abstract: Dendritic cell (DC)-based vaccine therapies represent a novel experimental approach to treat malignant gliomas.Target selection heightens the specificity of vaccine, while engineering of highly immunogenic long-lived DC vaccines by antiapoptotic protein gene transfer enhances the cancer vaccine potency. With the accumulation of clinical experience,it can improve clinical curative effect in the treatment of paitients.
