摘要: 外泌体内含有丰富的非编码RNA,且具有重要的基因调控功能,在肝癌的发生发展中起重要作用。外泌体非编码RNA有望成为新型的肝癌液体活检标志物,为肝癌的早期诊断、早期治疗提供新手段。尽管当前外泌体非编码RNA的临床应用仍存在不足,但随着研究的深入,外泌体非编码RNA在肝癌的诊断、个性化治疗及预后评估等方面将发挥越来越重要的作用。

Abstract: Exosomes contain ample non-coding RNAs, which mainly function as regulating gene expression and play key roles in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma. Exosomal non-coding RNAs are expected to become a new biopsy marker for hepatocellular carcinoma, providing a new means for early diagnosis and early treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.Although the clinical application of exosomal noncoding RNAs is still insufficient at present, exosomal noncoding RNAs will play an increasingly important role in the diagnosis, personalized treatment and prognosis evaluation of hepatocellular carcinoma with the deepening of research.
