Abstract: Forkhead box M1 (FOXM1), one member of the Forkhead family, plays an important role in tumor development, invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis by regulating the expression of tumor related genes. Moreover, The specific mechanism of FOXM1 is not fully understood in the development of tumors. Currently, the study of anticancer drugs targeting FOXM1 is in the initial stage. Exploring the mechanism of FOXM1 in carcinogenesis and the development of drugs targeting FOXM1 and its downstream signaling pathways have broad clinical application prospects.
