超高速剪切波弹性成像在宫颈癌中的应用

摘要: 超高速剪切波弹性成像(SWE)可通过杨氏模量值对组织硬度进行定量分析,并将组织硬度用彩色编码的形式直观展现,用于了解组织硬度,判断所检测组织的病变性质。该技术较传统的彩色多普勒有更高的敏感性、准确率及特异性,较弹性成像检查更客观,且比MRI检查安全、经济、简便。SWE在宫颈癌的诊断、临床分期及疗效监测方面有较好的应用前景。

Abstract: Shear wave elastography (SWE) is used to quantitatively analyze the hardness of the tissue by Young′s modulus. The hardness of the tissue is visualized in the form of color coding to distinguish the benign and malignant tissue detected. SWE has higher sensitivity, accuracy and specificity compared with traditional color doppler, which is more objective than elastography, safer, cheaper and simpler than MRI. SWE has a good application prospect in the diagnosis, clinical staging and curative effect monitoring of cervical cancer.
