摘要: 长散布核元件-1(LINE-1)序列的异常与肿瘤的发生发展有着密切关系。LINE1过表达可以促进细胞增殖,对肿瘤的预后及转移产生影响。LINE1反转录转座和甲基化状态在临床诊断、预后、疾病监测以及治疗等方面有着潜在的应用价值。

Abstract: The abnormality of long interspersed nuclear element1 (LINE1) is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor. Overexpression of LINE1 can promote cell proliferation and affect the prognosis and metastasis of tumor. The retrotransposition and methylation status of LINE1 have potential application value in clinical diagnosis, prognosis, disease monitoring and treatment.
