摘要: 多项研究证实肠道微生物群作为环境因素在肿瘤的发生中发挥重要作用。肠道微生物促进肿瘤发生的机制包括影响免疫功能、刺激炎症反应、诱导DNA损伤、产生促癌代谢物和激活肿瘤信号。肿瘤的微生物治疗前景广阔。

Abstract: Numerous studies support the importance of gut microbiota as environment factors in the development of cancer. The mechanisms that gut microbiota drive certain cancers include impacting immunity, modulating inflammation, inducing DNA damage, producing cancer promoting metabolites and regulating signaling pathway. Microbiomebased therapies provide potential prospects for cancer treatment.
