摘要: 近年卵巢癌的生物治疗有了很大进展,包括肿瘤疫苗和过继免疫细胞治疗在内的免疫治疗可提高机体的免疫识别能力,而针对肿瘤细胞生长过程中不同靶点的单抗和酪氨酸激酶抑制剂等分子靶向药物的应用也取得了很大的临床获益,激素替代治疗、中医治疗等也在一定程度上改善了卵巢癌患者的生活质量。

Abstract: In recent years, the biological therapy of ovarian cancer has made great progress. Immunotherapy including tumor vaccine and adoptive immunity cell therapy can improve immune recognition capability, while the applications of molecular targeted drugs such as monoclonal antibodies and tyrosine kinase inhibitors for different target spots during the tumor cells growth progresses achieve significant clinical benefit, as well as hormone replacement therapy and Chinese medicine treatment improve the life quality of patients with ovarian cancer to a certain degree.
