摘要/Abstract

摘要： 胃肠道肿瘤患者围化疗期常伴有营养不良，肿瘤及化疗药物是引起患者营养不良的主要影响因素。正确评价存在营养不良或营养风险患者的营养状况是进行有针对性的个体化营养支持治疗的基础。一些新的营养评价方法和营养制剂的出现更加有助于围化疗期胃肠道肿瘤患者保持良好营养状况。

关键词: 营养评价, 营养支持, 胃肠肿瘤

Abstract: Malnutrition is the common complication for the patients with gastrointestinal neoplasms during perioperative period. Tumor and chemotherapy drugs are the main influencing factors of patients with malnutrition. The correct evaluation of the nutritional status in patients is the basis of individualized nutrition therapy. New evaluation methods and nutritional preparations could more help patients with gastrointestinal neoplasms during perioperative period to maintaining good nutritional status.
