摘要: 188铼标记的依替膦酸盐(188ReHEDP)是亲骨性的二膦酸盐化合物,参与骨盐的代谢,抑制溶骨,并浓聚于肿瘤骨转移灶。近年来研究发现188ReHEDP具有较好的理化特性和生物特性,对于多种肿瘤骨转移疼痛都有较好的疗效,提示有可能成为肿瘤骨转移的有效治疗方法。

Abstract: 188Re-HEDP  is a bisphosphonate which preferentially incorporates into the sites of bone metastases. It interacts with bone metabolism, suppresses the activity of osteolysis, and gathers in tumor bone metastases. Recently, researches show that 188ReHEDP has some advantages for palliation of bone metastasisrelated pain because of its favorable physicochemical and biological characteristics. 188ReHEDP radioisotopes therapy will be an effective method for bone metastatic tumors.
