摘要： 乳腺癌扩增基因3（AIB3）是近年来发现的一个多效性的核受体共激活因子。它通过与多种核受体相互作用而参与细胞增殖、生长、迁移及凋亡等生物过程的调控。研究发现，AIB3还与诸多转录因子相互作用，提示可能在肿瘤的发生和发展中发挥重要作用。

Abstract: Amplified in breast cancer 3(AIB3) is a newly discovered pleiotropic nuclear receptor coactivator. AIB3 regulates cell proliferation, growth, migration and apoptosis by interacting with many nuclear receptors. At the mean time, some reports show that AIB3 interacts with variety of transcription factors, which indicates AIB3 may play an important role in cancer occurrence and progression.
