摘要: 肿瘤细胞即使在供氧充足的条件下仍存在糖酵解途径的异常激活与线粒体呼吸受抑,以满足恶性增殖的需要。这一代谢表型的转变与肿瘤细胞线粒体功能缺陷、微环境缺氧状态、糖酵解途径上游调控因子的异常激活密切相关。针对肿瘤细胞糖酵解通路及其上游调控因子的靶向治疗有望为肿瘤治疗提供新的策略。

Abstract: Cancer cells display a decreased mitochondrial respiration along with an abnormal activation of glycolysis to satisfy the demand of the malignant growth even in the presence of oxygen. This phenomenon may be caused by mitochondrial dysfunction, hypoxia of microenvironment and the abnormal activation of upstream regulators of glycolysis pathway. Treatment targeted at the glycolysis pathway and its upstream regulators may provide a new therapeutic strategy of cancer.
