摘要: 高尔基体磷蛋白3(GOLPH3)与多种肿瘤的发生发展和预后密切相关,如非小细胞肺癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、食管癌、结直肠癌等。GOLPH3通过调节DNA损伤后的细胞生长反应、囊泡转运、雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)信号通路、线粒体功能、细胞分裂、高尔基体囊泡分泌等生物学过程,发挥其促进细胞增殖、侵袭和转移等致癌作用。GOLPH3有望成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点,并可能成为肿瘤诊断、治疗及预后判断的重要生物标志物。

Abstract: Golgi phosphoprotein 3 (GOLPH3) is closely related to the development and prognosis of cancer, such as nonsmall cell lung cancer, breast cancer, gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, etc. The mainly tumor pathogenisis related GOLPH3 includes modulating the response to DNA damage, vesicle trafficking, mTOR signaling pathway, mitochondrial functions, cytokinesis and Golgi vesicular malignant secretion, and then promoting cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis. GOLPH3 is expected to be a new target for cancer therapy, which may become an important biomarker for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of cancer.
