摘要： 肿瘤进化是肿瘤细胞选择、竞争和扩增的过程，表现为肿瘤的印记、异质、抵抗、转化和适应等方面。肿瘤进化使肿瘤在各种压力下能够存活。理解肿瘤进化史将为精准治疗的实现提供理论指导。

关键词: 肿瘤, 进化, 克隆, 生物, 选择行为

Abstract: Cancers evolution is a process of clonal selection, cell competition and clonal expansion. Cancers evolution includes cancer memory, heterogeneity, resistance, transformation and adaption et al. This evolution enables cancer cells to adapt to any hostile environment and to survive. An understanding of cancers evolution will provide a theoretical guidance for the implementation of the precision therapy.
