NGX6在肿瘤中的表达及作用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： NGX6基因是近年来发现的肿瘤抑制基因，它通过抑制肿瘤的血管生成及淋巴管生成等作用机制来抑制肿瘤的侵袭及转移。NGX6基因的表达与鼻咽癌、肺癌、大肠癌等多种肿瘤的侵袭及转移存在负相关关系。因此NGX6水平的测定对于预测肿瘤患者的预后有着重要的意义。

Abstract: NGX6 is a recently discovered tumorsuppressor gene, which can inhibit tumor invasion and metastasis via suppressing tumor angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis. The expression of NGX6 gene has negative correlation with many tumors, such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma, lung cancer, colon cancer and so on. Therefore, the measurement of NGX6′s level has a great influence on the prognosis of patients with tumor.
