摘要: 泛素特异性蛋白酶是去泛素化酶家族中的一员,能逆转蛋白质的泛素化降解,从而达到稳定蛋白质的目的。其通过调控肿瘤细胞的DNA损伤、细胞周期、核转录因子κB信号通路、Nrf2Keap1信号通路、癌基因cmyc等,影响肿瘤对放疗的敏感性,有望成为肿瘤放疗增敏的新靶点。

Abstract: Ubiquitin-specific protease is a member of the deubiquitinating enzyme family, which can reverse the ubiquitination of proteins and stabilize proteins. It affects radiosensitivity of tumor by regulating DNA damage, cell cycle, nuclear factor-κB signaling pathway, Nrf2-Keap1 signaling pathway and oncogene c-myc. It is expected to become a new target for tumor radiotherapy sensitization.
