摘要: 肿瘤已进入精准治疗时代,分子靶向是肿瘤治疗的一种新趋势,肿瘤的异常代谢状态及靶向代谢药物与肿瘤靶向药物联合应用已经成为肿瘤研究的新的热点之一。大量研究表明靶向代谢药物二甲双胍与多种靶向药物联合应用,具有协同抗肿瘤等作用。未来靶向代谢药物与抗肿瘤靶向药物联合应用能为抗肿瘤治疗提供新的策略。

Abstract: With the advent of the era of accurate medical treatment, molecular targeted therapy has become a new trend of cancer treatment. The abnormal status of cancer metabolism and metabolic drug together with tumor targeted therapy are becoming the hotspot in cancer. A large number of studies have shown that metformin, a targeted metabolic drug, has synergistic antitumor effects when it is used in combination with various target drugs. The combination of targeted metabolic drugs and antitumor drugs can provide new strategies for tumor treatment.
