摘要: 恶性黑色素瘤是皮肤恶性肿瘤之一,具有高度侵袭性和较强的转移能力,其发病与多种信号通路的异常传导有关,但具体机制尚不完全清楚。Notch信号通路的异常激活与黑色素瘤发病关系密切,其可通过维持肿瘤细胞存活、促进肿瘤血管生成、增强肿瘤细胞的黏附力和侵袭力等方式促进黑色素瘤细胞的生长和转移。进一步了解Notch信号通路的作用机制可能为黑色素瘤的治疗提供新的靶点。

Abstract: Malignant melanoma is one of the malignant tumors in the skin, which has high invasiveness and stronger ability of metastasis. Its pathogenesis is related to the abnormal conduction of many signal pathways, while the specific mechanism is not completely clear. The abnormal activation of Notch signaling pathway is closely related to the pathogenesis of melanoma. Notch signaling pathway can promote the growth and metastasis of melanoma through maintaining the survival of tumor cells, promoting tumor angiogenesis and enhancing the adhesion and invasiveness of tumor cells. Further understanding of the mechanism of Notch signaling pathway may provide a new target for the treatment of melanoma.
