摘要: 长非编码RNA(lncRNA)在胃癌的发生和发展中发挥重要作用。最新研究表明,上调的H19、HOTAIR、TINCR、LINC00152及下调的MEG3、GAS5、LET、AA174084等lncRNA的异常表达与胃癌的发生、发展、侵袭转移及预后等密切相关。深入研究lncRNA与胃癌之间的关系,有望为胃癌的诊治提供新的契机。

Abstract: Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have great impact on the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric cancer (GC). Recent studies show that the overexpression of H19, HOTAIR, TINCR and LINC00152 and the down-expression of MEG3, GAS5, LET and AA174084 are closely related to the occurrence, invasion, metastasis and prognosis of GC. lncRNAs provide an opportunity to develop new strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of GC.
