The progress of fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 in breast cancer

Abstract: Fibroblast growth factor receptor 3(FGFR3) plays important roles in cell proliferation, differentiation, and angiogenesis. Recent studies have demonstrated that FGFR3 is associated with progression of breast cancer and has effects in endocrine therapy resistance breast cancer. It has also been showed that FGFR3 is correlated with breast cancer prognosis.
