摘要: 微小RNA(miRNA)与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,可通过调控其靶基因参与的多个信号转导通路,如表皮生长因子受体信号转导通路、磷脂酰肌醇3羟激酶蛋白激酶B信号转导通路和Ras信号转导通路等,发挥致癌基因或抑癌基因的作用,在肿瘤治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: MicroRNA (miRNA), which is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors, may act as oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes by regulating target genesrelated signal transduction pathways, such as epidermal growth factor receptor pathway, phosphatidylinositol 3kinaseprotein kinase B pathway and Ras signal transduction pathway. It is believed that miRNAs have broad application prospects in the treatment of tumors.
