摘要: 番茄红素是一种重要的天然类胡萝卜素,广泛存在于人体组织和血液中,具有预防多种癌症、抗老化等作用。它可以通过抑制口腔癌细胞增殖、增强细胞间连接通讯来预防口腔癌的发生,通过降低多种基质金属蛋白酶的活性来抑制大肠癌的发展,使抗转移基因如nm23-H1等的表达量增加使其发挥着抗转移的作用。

Abstract: Lycopene is an important natural carotenoid, and is widely found in human tissues and blood, with the prevention of many types of cancer, anti-aging effect. It can inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells of oral malignancy, and increasing of gap-junction communication between cells to prevent oral cancer occur, and also can inhibit the development of colorectal cancer by reducing the activity of matrix metalloproteinase. It plays the role of anti-metastatic through enhancing the expression of anti-metastatic gene nm23-H1.
