摘要： 大量数据表明肿瘤患者化疗期间血栓形成的相关事件明显增加。化疗期间抗凝治疗不但可有效改善患者高凝状态，预防血栓发生，还具有潜在的抗肿瘤作用，延长患者的生存期。

Abstract: Many datas show that thrombosis related events during chemotherapy in patients with cancer increase obviously. Thromboprophylaxis in patients receivingchemotherapyhasbeen shown to not only improve the hypercoagulable states andeffectively prevent thrombosis, but also have the potential antitumor effect and prolong the patient’s over survival.
