替吉奥在晚期头颈鳞状细胞癌治疗中的应用

摘要： 在头颈鳞状细胞癌（HNSCC）的临床治疗中，替吉奥（S-1）可联合其他化疗药物或者联合放疗组成多种方案对其进行治疗，产生的不良反应能很好耐受。替吉奥联合放疗的方案也正逐渐应用于控制局部复发及远处转移，有关的治疗研究也显示出了很好的应用价值。

Abstract: In the therapeutic application of  head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), S-1 is used to combine with other chemotherapeutics or even with radiotherapy to constitute chemoradiotherapy regimens. Adverse effects are well tolerated. Regimens containing S-1 are wildly used to control distant metastasis as well as local recurrence. The studies of treatment also show good application value.
