摘要: RhoA作为Rho蛋白家族中的代表成员,在恶性肿瘤的发生、发展过程中起重要的调控作用。既往研究表明,RhoA在调节肌动蛋白聚合、细胞骨架结构重塑、细胞极性改变以及上皮-间质转化等过程中具有关键的调控作用,可以促进肿瘤细胞的多种恶性表型,如迁移、侵袭等。目前主流研究观点认为,RhoA在肿瘤的发展中起到促癌作用,抑制RhoA的表达及活化可抑制肿瘤的生长及进展,因此RhoA可作为临床上抗肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点。

Abstract: As a representative member of the Rho family, RhoA plays an important role in the oncogenesis and development of malignant tumors. According to previous studies, RhoA functions as a key regulator in mediating actin polymerization, cytoskeletal structure remodeling, cell polarity changes, epithelial-mesenchymal transition and so on. RhoA can promote multiple malignant phenotypes of tumor cells, such as migration, invasion, etc. At present, mainstream research believes that RhoA functions as oncogene in the carcinogenesis of tumors. Downregulated RhoA can inhibit tumor growth and progression, which can be used as a potential target for clinical anti-tumor therapy.
