摘要: 成体干细胞在机体组织再生中发挥重要作用,在发生恶性转化时形成肿瘤干细胞。肿瘤干细胞与多种肿瘤的发生、化疗抵抗和复发密切相关。Wnt/βcatenin信号通路调控胚胎发育,进化高度保守,在肿瘤干细胞的自我更新和分化过程中发挥重要作用。Wnt/βcatenin信号通路及相关调节蛋白逐渐成为肿瘤干细胞靶向治疗的热门靶标。

Abstract: Adult stem cells play important roles in the regeneration of human tissues, and they form cancer stem cells when malignant transformation occurs. Cancer stem cells are closely related to the occurrence of various tumors, chemotherapy resistance and recurrence. The Wnt/βcatenin signaling pathway regulates embryonic development and is evolutionarily conserved, and plays an important role in selfrenewal and differentiation of cancer stem cells. The Wnt/βcatenin signaling pathway and related regulatory proteins have become a hot target for cancer stem cell targeted therapy.
