摘要: 水通道蛋白1(AQP1)是细胞膜上特异性通道蛋白家族中的一类,主要介导水等小分子溶质的跨生物膜转运。现有研究表明,与正常组织对比,AQP1在恶性肿瘤中显著高表达,对肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移以及血管生成等病理过程产生影响,AQP1有望成为疾病早期筛选、诊断、治疗、判断预后的分子标志。

Abstract: Aquaporin1 (AQP1) is a member of a family of specific channel proteins which could mediate the transbiofilm transportation of small molecules such as water. Recent studies have shown that AQP1 is highly expressed in cancer tissues. It also has an effect on the proliferation and migration of cancer cells, angiogenesis in cancer and so on. AQP1 is expected to be a marker of screening, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis at tumor early stage.
