摘要:
αB-晶状体蛋白(CRYAB)具有分子伴侣的作用,可以维持血管内皮生长因子水平,促进肿瘤新生血管的形成。近年来研究发现CRYAB在乳腺癌、肺癌、结直肠癌、膀胱癌等多种肿瘤中异常表达,其可通过促进肿瘤细胞失巢凋亡抵抗,调节基质金属蛋白酶和上皮钙黏着蛋白的分泌以及参与上皮间质转化过程,促进肿瘤的迁移和侵袭。CRYAB在肿瘤细胞中的异常表达与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移、总生存期以及不良预后显著相关,可作为一种新的肿瘤标志物。
