摘要： 结直肠癌的发生、发展受到多种因素的调控，环状RNA也参与其中，研究表明部分环状RNA在结直肠癌诊断方面具有较高的敏感性及特异性，对结直肠癌发生肝脏、肺转移具有一定的促进作用，并且参与了DNA修复及信号转导，其表达的高低与患者的生存时间相关，另外部分环状RNA的下调可增强结直肠癌细胞的放射敏感性，在耐放化疗结直肠癌细胞中参与了多种肿瘤相关信号通路。

Abstract: The occurrence and development of colorectal cancer are regulated by many factors and  circular RNAs are also  involved. The studies have shown that some circular RNAs have high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer, and have a certain promoting effect on liver and lung metastasis of colorectal cancer involved in signal transduction, DNA repair. The expressions of some circular RNAs  are related to the survival time of patients. In addition, downregulation of partial circular RNAs enhances radiosensitivity of colorectal cancer cells and participates in a variety of tumorassociated signaling pathways in chemotherapeuticresistant colorectal cancer cells
