摘要:  CD70/CD27通路在人类免疫调节中扮演着重要的角色,其在免疫调节中的作用主要表现在促进T细胞的活化与增殖,诱导效应T细胞和记忆T细胞的分化与形成以及对调节性T细胞的干预上。另外在某些肿瘤细胞中,CD70高水平表达为肿瘤的免疫治疗提供了新的思路。

Abstract: CD70/CD27 pathway plays an important role in human immune regulation. The role of CD70/CD27 pathway in immune regulation is mainly to promote the activation and proliferation of T cells, induce the differentiation and formation of effector T cells and memory T cells, and interfere with regulatory T cells. In addition, the high level of CD70 expression in some tumor cells provides a new way for tumor immunotherapy.
