摘要: 程序性细胞死亡因子4(PDCD4)为新近发现的抑癌基因,其表达受PDCD4基因甲基化、多种微小RNA的抑制。PDCD4编码的蛋白质可增强多种肿瘤细胞对抗肿瘤药物的敏感性,抑制肿瘤的发生发展和侵袭转移进程,在多种肿瘤中发挥重要作用,有望成为临床上判断肿瘤预后的重要指标。

Abstract: Programmed cell death 4 (PDCD4) is a newly discovered tumor suppressor gene, whose expression is regulated by methylation of PDCD4 gene and many kinds of microRNAs. Protein of PDCD4 encoding can improve the sensitivity of tumor cells to anticancer agents, inhibit tumor development and metastasis process, and play an important role in a variety of tumors. It is expected to be a clinical indicator to determine the prognosis of tumor.
