摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目前临床上晚期结直肠癌的主要治疗方法有手术、化疗、放疗、靶向治疗、物理消融治疗以及免疫治疗，但化疗仍为主要的治疗方法。新的化疗药物的出现以及临床上放化疗与靶向治疗的结合提高了晚期结直肠癌的疗效。为更好地提高患者的生命质量，减少不良反应的发生，获得最优的疗效，目前临床上个体化的多学科综合治疗已成为晚期结直肠癌治疗的必然趋势。

关键词: 结直肠肿瘤, 治疗, 药物疗法, 放射疗法, 靶向治疗

Abstract: At present, the main treatment methods of the patients with advanced colorectal cancer include surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, physical ablation and immunotherapy, but the chemotherapy is still the main treatment. The emergence of new chemotherapy drugs and the combination of radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapy in clinical have improved curative effect for the patients with advanced colorectal cancer. In order to better improve the quality of life, reduce side effects and obtain the best effect, now the individual multidisciplinary treatment has become an inevitable trend in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer in clinical.
