摘要: 长非编码RNA(lncRNA)与肿瘤的发生发展、增殖迁移及临床预后密切相关,在许多肿瘤细胞发生耐药过程中起重要作用。体内外实验表明,lncRNA可以通过多种信号通路、分子作用机制来调控肿瘤细胞发生耐药,并且阻断相关靶点后可以逆转这种耐药性。

Abstract: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are closely related to the tumorigenesis, proliferation, metastasis and clinical outcome, whihc play important roles in the process of drug resistance of many tumor cells. Recently, research indicates that many lncRNAs regulate drug resistance of tumor cells through a variety of signaling pathways both in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, it is also found that after blocking the relevant targets can reverse this chemoresistance.
