摘要: 循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)对于监测肿瘤复发及判断预后具有重要意义。纳米技术为检测CTC提供了良好的平台,使CTC的应用具有广阔的发展前景。同时,利用纳米技术设计杀灭CTC的纳米装置在清除CTC方面有广阔的应用前景,为肿瘤治疗提供了新的研究方向。

Abstract: Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) play pivotal roles for monitoring the tumor metastasis and prognosis. The nanotechnology provides a favourable platform for CTCs detection, and enables CTCs to be more promising for practical application. Meanwhile, the nanoscale device by virtue of nanotechnology has broad application prospects in eliminating CTCs and offers a new direction in the field of anticancer.
