摘要/Abstract

摘要： 再生基因Ⅳ（RegⅣ）是再生基因家族的一员，与消化系统细胞的增殖和分化相关。RegⅣ与肿瘤的发生、发展,肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭以及抗凋亡等密切相关，可能是肿瘤靶向治疗潜在的分子靶标。

关键词: 肿瘤, 细胞增殖, 治疗, 再生基因Ⅳ

Abstract: As a member of regenerating isletderived family, regenerating isletderived type Ⅳ (RegⅣ) is involved in cell proliferation and differentiation. RegⅣ is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor, tumor cell proliferation and invasion and antiapoptosis, and it may be a potential molecular target of targeting therapy in cancer.
