微小RNA在胰腺癌诊疗中的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 微小RNA(miRNA)在基因表达的翻译阶段发挥调节作用，现已发现miRNA直接参与胰腺癌的发生、发展，其表达异常与胰腺癌的早期诊断密切相关，同时可能为胰腺癌患者提供新的治疗靶点。临床检测miRNA将会在胰腺癌诊断治疗领域有良好的应用前景。

Abstract: MicroRNA (miRNA) plays a regulating function in translation stage of gene expression. MiRNA has been found directly involving in the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer, and its abnormal expression is closely related to early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and may provide new therapeutic target for pancreatic cancer patients. MiRNA detection will have good application prospect in on the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer.
