摘要： 血清肿瘤标志物检测临床应用简便，已经成为临床医学工作中不可缺少的手段，在早期 发现恶性肿瘤、鉴别诊断良恶性肿瘤、指导肿瘤分期、判断肿瘤预后等方面发挥重要作用。但肿瘤标志 物检测敏感性及特异性存在局限性，因此应尽可能发现更多新的标志物。

Abstract: Detection of serum tumor markers in clinical application is simple, which has become an indispensable means in clinical medical work，and played an important role in the early detection of malignant tumor, benign and malignant tumor differential diagnosis， guiding the stage and predicting prognosis. But because of its sensitivity and specificity have limitations, we should find more new markers.
