摘要: 肿瘤微环境对于肿瘤发生、发展的作用以及对于辅助化疗、新辅助化疗疗效的影响越来越受到重视。研究表明乳腺癌微环境尤其是肿瘤间质纤维母细胞(CAF)及其合成的基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)和胶原,可对新辅助化疗产生重要的影响。

Abstract:  Recently many studies have focused on the roles that tumor microenvironment plays in the occurrence and development of tumors, and the therapeutic effects of adjuvant chemotherapy and neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Recent researches show that tumor microenvironment has an obvious impact on the therapeutic effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, which mainly includes cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAF), stromal cell derived factor-1 (SDF-1) and collagens.
