摘要: 氨肽酶N是一种锌离子依赖性的外肽酶,在多种肿瘤细胞表面高表达,可降解细胞外基质,促进血管生成,从而促进肿瘤侵袭转移。氨肽酶N抑制剂可抑制肿瘤侵袭转移,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,已成为抗肿瘤治疗的一个有吸引力的靶点。

Abstract: Aminopeptidase N, a zinc-dependent exopeptidase, is highly expressed in many kinds of tumors, which involves in the degradation of extracellular matrix barriers and angiogenesis and promotes the invasion and metastasis of cancer cells. Aminopeptidase N inhibitors can induce apoptosis and inhibit the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells, which has become an attractive target for anti-tumor therapy.
