摘要： 小分子化合物类靶向抗肿瘤药物具有独特的靶向抗肿瘤的效应，能高效并选择性地杀伤肿瘤细胞，减少对正常组织的损伤，特别是克服了传统化疗药特异性差、不良反应大的缺点，在当前肿瘤的临床药物治疗中发挥重要作用。

Abstract: Small molecule compounds have distinct effects in the targeted anti-tumor field, which can kill tumor cells efficiently and selectively, reduce normal tissue damage, and especially can overcome the poor specificity and serious adverse reaction of the traditional chemotherapy drugs. So small molecule compounds play an important role in recent clinical therapy.
