摘要： 在结直肠癌中已经发现多种微小RNA（miRNA）表达异常，推测其可能参与肿瘤发生发展过程。近年来越来越多的证据表明，miRNA比mRNA更稳定地存在于血液中，使循环miRNA有望成为一种非侵入性的可以指导结直肠癌诊断、治疗以及预后评价的肿瘤标志物。

Abstract: In colorectal cancer, there are multiple abnormally expressed microRNA(miRNA), suggesting that the miRNA may be involved in tumor development process. Recently, more and more evidence shows that miRNA are more stable in the blood, compared with mRNA, which makes circulating miRNA are helpful to become the noninvasive tumor marker for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation in colorectal cancer.
