摘要: 治疗性肿瘤疫苗为肿瘤免疫治疗提供了新的方法。肿瘤抗原激活T细胞反应是肿瘤疫苗的作用机制,但又因缺乏特异性抗原而使其疗效受到影响。肿瘤疫苗主要来源于抗原肽段疫苗、树突状细胞疫苗和融瘤病毒疫苗。发展个体化疫苗是肿瘤疫苗的发展方向。

Abstract: Therapeutic cancer vaccines offer a novel avenue for the development of cancer immunotherapy. Tumor antigens can induce T cell antitumor immune responses, but lack of tumorspecific antigens has hampered clinical efficacy. Vaccine types include peptide vaccines, dendritic cell vaccines and oncolytic virus vaccines. Personalizing tumor vaccines may provide a new immunotherapeutic strategy to treat cancer.
