摘要: 三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运体A1(ABCA1)是三磷酸结合盒转运体超家族的重要成员之一,在胆固醇逆向转运、胆固醇代谢以及高密度脂蛋白(HDL)代谢中起着极其重要的调节作用。ABCA1基因突变会诱导Tangier疾病和家族型HDL缺乏。近年来研究表明ABCA1介导的胆固醇流出功能具有抗肿瘤活性,ABCA1有望成为肿瘤治疗新靶点。

Abstract: ATPbinding cassette transporter A1 is one of the important members of the ABC transporter protein family, which plays a very crucial role in cholesterol reverse transport, cholesterol metabolism and the regulation of highdensity lipoprotein (HDL) metabolism. Mutation of ABCA1 gene could induce Trangier disease and familial deficiency of HDL. Recent studies have pointed out that ABCA1 could have anticancer activity through cholesterol efflux, which will become a promising new therapeutic target of tumor.
