摘要: 肿瘤相关巨噬细胞存在于肿瘤进展的所有阶段,起到促进血管生成、组织侵袭等作用,其中以M2型巨噬细胞居多。CD206是M2型巨噬细胞标志物,具有高度特异性,与肿瘤细胞的增殖和转移密不可分。已有研究表明CD206与乳腺癌、卵巢癌、胰腺癌、前列腺癌等恶性肿瘤密切相关,深化对CD206的研究对阐述肿瘤免疫微环境的形成机制、寻找更具针对性的靶向药物有一定的临床指导意义。

Abstract: Tumorassociated macrophages exist in all stages of tumor progression, and stimulate angiogenesis and invasion of tissues. M2 macrophages are predominant. CD206 is a M2 macrophage marker with high specificity and plays an important role in tumor cell proliferation and metastasis. Studies have shown that CD206 is closely related to malignant tumors such as breast cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer and prostate cancer. Deepening the research on CD206 has certain clinical guiding significance for expounding the formation mechanism of tumor immune microenvironment and finding more targeted drugs.
