摘要: 细胞间隙连接是一种特殊的蛋白质通道,间隙连接介导的细胞间信息交流对细胞生长、分化及组织稳态至关重要。间隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)是间隙连接蛋白家族成员之一,近年来研究发现Cx43基因表达异常易导致细胞间隙连接通讯功能缺陷,这与多种肿瘤的发生、转移及预后密切相关,Cx43有望成为肿瘤临床诊断和治疗的新靶点。

Abstract: Cell gap junction is a special protein channel. Gap junctionmediated exchange of information between cells is crucial for cell growth, differentiation and tissue homeostasis. Connexin 43 (Cx43) is one of the members of the gap junction protein family. In recent years, researches show that abnormal Cx43 gene expression leads to the cell gap junctional communication dysfunction, which is closely related to the occurrence, metastasis and prognosis of a variety of tumors. Cx43 is expected to become a new target for clinical diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
