摘要: 研究表明肽类药物对肿瘤生长具有抑制作用,在肿瘤治疗方面有巨大潜能。多肽可以作为激素、疫苗、放射性核素及细胞毒药物的载体和抗肿瘤药物在肿瘤的治疗中发挥重要作用。利用多肽的靶向性化疗和靶向性的药物输送技术能使药物高度选择地、有效地聚集在预定目标,正逐渐成为传统化疗方案的一种补充治疗方案。

Abstract: Studies demonstrate that peptides have great potential in cancer therapy and inhibitation of tumor progression. Peptides can be used as hormones, vaccines, carriers of redionuclides and cytotoxic drugs as well as antitumor drugs playing important roles in oncotherapy. Targeting chemotherapy and targeting drug transportation technique can enable the drugs to concentrate expected location selectively and effectively, emerging as an alternative to the conventional chemotherapy.
